
Own initiative, Ruigwerk
For 5 years, Ruikwerk have organised a dinner on location with friends. The experience of dining in prickly woodland, fields, and beside lakes, last led us to the dunes of Schiermonnikoog where we found inspiration for the latest of our on-site meals. The nearby mudflats provided ample sea-fruits and herbs were sourced directly from the sand dunes. Sides consisted of salty sea vegetables. 2009 will mark the fifth year of the project which has now culminated in the creation of Ruikwerk. The next challenge is deciding between Switzerland and the the soon to be opened North-South Underground Line.
