Welcome Drink : Amuse-Bouche : Leaving Drink
Themed ‘Red,’ the event reflected the trademark colour of the DME. Drinks were accompanied by uniform red cubes, which only revealed their myriad flavours, (dill, watermelon, rhubarb, salmon, white chocolate), upon eating. The managers had limited control; the event played on the sense of expectation and taste experienced by the managers.
