Fedrigoni is an Italian paper producer who boasts finely made, quality and specialty papers. Ruigwerk has used the paper’s edible characteristics to create a complete paper menu. Besides the above pizza, we serve an insalata caprese, chunky tomato spaghetti, gelato and of course a really strong espresso.
This menu has been presented during the three Fedrigoni Salons, the first of which was held in the Lloyd hotel in Amsterdam. It turned out to be a beautiful way to experience the papers in all its colors, qualities and tastes.
