Fedrigoni is a large producer of specials papers from Italy. Ruigwerk has used these special characteristics to create a complete paper menu. Besides this pizza, we serve an insalata caprese, chunky tomato spaghetti, ice cream and of course a really strong espresso.

This menu has been presented during the first Fedrigion Salon which was held in the Lloyd hotel in Amsterdam. It turned out to be a beautiful way to experience the papers in all it colors, qualities and tastes.
