A drinks event styled to suit the in-house design of Materiaalfonds and to celebrate second installment of ‘Recipient of the Year.
Workshop surfaces were laid out with raw meat and foliage. Guided by Ruigwerk, the participants fashioned their own meals to create a DIY dinner in the true sense of the word. Top quality beef was intended to be enjoyed rare but there was a grill on standby for those who preferred it cooked.
The accompanying salad offered flavours of beetroot leaves, delicious non-pasteurised cheese and toast to top things off.
